Admissions Advisor

OSU-Cascades is seeking an Admissions Advisor. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed term professional faculty position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Director of Admissions. This position is located in Bend, OR.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, the Admissions Advisor represents OSU-Cascades through recruitment activities aimed at supporting the campus enrollment goals and strategic plan. The Admissions Advisor provides the first point of contact for prospective students and families as they navigate the application process. The position serves as a member of the recruitment team that is responsible for the planning and execution of undergraduate, domestic recruitment strategies. The Admissions Advisor must be willing to travel and represent OSU-Cascades to a diverse population of students, counselors, family members and community partners.

The successful candidate will be a detail oriented individual, excited to work in a fast-paced environment, who values strong time management skills and is flexible, having the ability to adapt to rapid change. The Admissions Advisor will have the opportunity to support university goals and strategic plan and will play a critical role in assisting in the recruitment of talented, diverse students to the university.
