Pace University, located in New York City, is seeking a Director of Admissions and Recruitment to be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues in Enrollment Management to develop and implement a comprehensive undergraduate strategic enrollment plan for the university. The Director manages the daily operations of the New York City campus undergraduate admission office; hires and trains staff members on a daily basis as well as collaborate with staff from other areas of the University; develops and reviews undergraduate enrollment programs as well as marketing materials on a regular basis; manages application processing, review, and conversion; and manages the department's budget and utilizes information technology to support the office.
