Job Summary: Under the direction of a senior faculty member who serves as a mentor for the postdoctoral appointee, The Postdoctoral Fellow provides for an internship and continuation of scholarly activity and research after achieving the Ph.D. or other doctoral degree.
Additional Department Summary: The Post-Doc/Visiting Scientist will work on research projects using multimodal neuroimaging and neuropsychological tests to assess the brain in children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The successful applicant will be responsible for aspects of study coordination and team oversight. They will also will be actively involved in study design, neuropsychological assessment of participants, data collection involving neuropsychological tests, neuroimaging, and data analysis, and writing up manuscripts and publishing.
Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. or other terminal degree in a field of research represented within the College.
Skills and Knowledge: Clinical psychology experience and neuropsychological assessment.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior research experience in the field of neuropsychiatric disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or general clinical psychology experience preferred.
