| Take ownership of your HR career and come and join our dynamic Green Investment Group as the HR Lead/Head of HR where you will be working within the heart of our business whilst being immersed in a customer-focused workplace culture built upon driving efficiency and innovation. In this newly created role, you will report to the Global Head of the Offshore Wind Development platform and lead the HR function. You will be responsible for leading the build out of the platform's HR function including frameworks, policies, and structures, working as a strategic partner with senior leaders to develop the organisational structure and recruit and develop talent for the platform and ongoing delivery of the HR function. You will be driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume accountability for the HR function in a fast paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking business. Your exceptional learning mindset, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills will see you flourish in this role. You will have a delivery-focused style, with a pragmatic and commercial approach, and a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group. You will have several years of experience in a similar, hands-on and strategic HR leadership role within the renewables industry (ideally Offshore wind).
