Harpeth Hall School seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered World History teacher who is qualified to teach a wide range of Upper School social science courses, including AP. The ideal candidate is an experienced teacher who has an enthusiasm for working with high school students in an all-girls environment, a commitment to innovative pedagogy, excellent writing and communication skills, and strong technological skills. A master’s degree, 5+ years of teaching experience, and AP certification or training are preferred. The Upper School Social Science Department works as a team to maintain and ensure a strong social science curriculum. This position is a full-time opening for the 2021 - 2022 academic year and includes being an advisor and a sponsor of assigned co-curricular activities in the upper school.
