![]() Director, Pacific Music Business Camp (Temporary) Primary Purpose: Under the general supervision of the Pacific Music camp director, lead the Music Business Camp operations. Essential Functions: Lead Pacific Music Business Camp including confirming schedule, instructors and guest artists, advise in hiring of counselors and student engineers, working with graphic designer, duplicating, studio manager, facilities and other University departments to facilitate safe operations throughout camp week. Duties also include recruiting and marketing, plus outreach from February 1 June 30 to local secondary schools and educators informing them of camp options. Other operation of the camp may include but not limited to spring marketing via flyers, school visits, social media, coordinating studio time during camp, practice room access, assisting faculty and students with problem solving, keeping lists and records of student activities, work products, coordinating photo shoot for campers, using online collaboration tools to build and share content with students, and other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Music degree. Two (2) years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Documented experience in the music business. Leadership and communication skills.
