Tour prospective tenants and work with existing tenants to expand their footprint within Industry City.
Negotiate lease terms.
Prepare letters of intent and lease documents for renewals, expansions, and prospective tenants.
Work with existing tenants on renewals, facilitating a low turnover rate.
Canvas and develop outreach campaigns for prospective tenants.
Track currently available spaces, near term availabilities, lease expirations, prospective tenant inquiries and conversion rates.
Collect market data on competing product.
Monitor online search and advertising programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERTIENCE
Bachelor’s level degree and
1-3 Years of experience in Real Estate on leasing, research, or paralegal level, or
Any other combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
