Working in partnership with the Assistant Director and Associate Director of Graduate Admission, the Enrollment Advisor is responsible for managing the recruitment process from inquiry to matriculation, for prospective students seeking admission into Illinois Tech's central graduate programs. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Graduate Admission.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least two to three years relevant work experience required. Master's degree in higher education, business administration, or other related field preferred Minimum of one year experience in college recruiting and admission required- experience in graduate admission preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
High level of energy and drive and an entrepreneurial spirit are required; a mindset for marketing and promotion is very valuable. Computer skills required: word processing, spreadsheets, email, experience with CRM systems-Salesforce, Banner preferred Strong communication skills including ability to actively listen; professional written communication skills; public speaking skills Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment and work independently with minimal supervision Welcomes a fast paced environment where priorities are constantly changing- ability to show initiative; organize workflow; manage one or more projects and handle frequent interruptions and still be attentive to detail, accurate and precise Ability to travel to graduate fairs and other outreach related events- including possible out of state travel; some evenings and weekends required especially during high recruitment periods
