Our client is a newly formed infrastructure investor who is looking for a Director to join its growing team in London. The current team is highly regarded, with both partners having extensive infrastructure investing experience.The fund has a pan-European focus on infrastructure and energy. This is a very exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the origination and execution of new transactions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing, evaluating and screening investment opportunities
Leading all phases of transactions
Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
Managing junior members on transactions
YOUR PROFILE:
Significant experience in executing private equity transactions in infrastructure and energy
The UK and European transaction experience
Strong financial and analytic background
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
