Manager/Senior Manager, ETF Product Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive product management including creation, launch and ongoing support
• Oversee all aspects of the ETF process including sub-advisor oversight
• Create and maintain policies and procedures for ETF operations
• Review of ETF offering documents, prospectuses, operating memorandums and key fund documentation
• Work closely with accounting, custody, administration and compliance teams
• Foster strong relationships with Authorized Participants, Market Makers and Broker Dealers while acting as an intermediary between liquidity providers and investors
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective and existing clients at meetings, conferences, road-shows and via telephone/zoom
• Respond to client inquiries relating to ETF features and performance
• Work on and support other fund related product development and maintenance efforts

Job Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking or asset management experience (investment management, markets or investment banking), with experience in sales strategy, investment, sell-side and/or financial analysis
• Solution oriented attitude, hardworking, motivated and can-do attitude
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of financial market (macro) trends and themes across equities, fixed income and commodities
• Basic knowledge and understanding of ETFs
• Excellent knowledge of key business systems such Powerpoint and Excel as well as Bloomberg, with the ability to manipulate data and create collateral
• Self-motivated
• Good team player
