Director of Wellness and Belonging

The Director of Wellness and Belonging is a full-time administrative position who reports to the Associate Head of School and the Head’s Office. This individual works closely with the senior administrative team to build a community and programs that support wellness and belonging across all constituents. The director must have a capacity for teamwork and for developing sensitive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and board members; have the ability to manage thoughtfully the personal, political, and institutional dynamics related to wellness and belonging; be a self-starter with strong communication skills; and have a deep concern and compassion for people. This role will coordinate closely with the Counseling Department, Director of Student Diversity Recruitment and Retention, and Deans of Student Life.
