The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law is conducting a national search for its next Employer Relations Leader - Assistant Dean for Professional Development and Pro Bono Program. Essential job duties include the following:

Qualified candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree along with five (5) years’ comprehensive career services experience. Experience must include significant career counseling, preferably within a law school setting. Experience in recruiting, marketing, career counseling and administration are highly desired. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position include excellent communication skills; good organizational skills; good writing and editing skills; the ability to engage with people; leadership skills; and management skills. |
