Missouri Military Academy is seeking a full-time Spanish Instructor for the fall of the 2021-2022 school year. The ideal candidate is a licensed teacher with a degree in Spanish and previous teaching experience in the subject area. Applicants must have a sound understanding of best practices in teaching Spanish courses in 7th-12th grades. A graduate degree in a related field is preferred. Persons with expertise in multiple academic areas and/or coaching experience are highly desirable. A commitment to the academic and social/emotional growth of students is essential. Faculty members serve in a wide capacity across the campus including: club sponsorship, participating in student life activities, and as academic advisors. Being able to work collaboratively with fellow faculty members and residential staff is critical for this position. Candidates should be realistic and excited about the challenges and rewards of teaching and working in a boarding school environment. Missouri Military Academy offers a dynamic educational experience for boys in grades 7-12 in a military boarding school environment.
