Roseville Pediatrics, an affiliate of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Medical Group (LGMG), is seeking a motivated, team-oriented BC/BE Pediatrician to join their expanding care team and to provide high level, patient-centered care. The incoming provider will join one of the largest pediatrics practices in the area that was started in 1965 and now has 14 physicians and 1 pediatric nurse practitioner on staff with two office locations in the community.

Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient care with rounding in the newborn nursery
  • 24/7 on site level III NICU support for sick newborns
  • Team oriented group who value excellent patient care, collaboration and overall well being
  • Teaching opportunities are available with the nationally recognized Lancaster General Family Medicine Residency program
  • Epic EMR in office and hospital
  • Incoming provider would go to both our Lancaster and Lititz offices. The office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p; 35 patient contact hours are required for a full-time provider.
  • The practice features full-time behavioral health counselors that provide mental health services and also a lactation consultant onsite. Providers have numerous point of care tests available and the practice is proud to participate in the Reach out and Read program.
  • Appointments are 20 min well-child visits and 10-20 min sick visits. Complex visits (i.e. behavioral concerns, special health care needs) are allotted additional time
  • Unique on call arrangement which currently requires coverage for 2 out of every 14 weekends. A week of nursery work and a week of evening hours with overnight practice call occurs 2 out every 14 weeks as well. This structure allows for continuity within the nursery and long stretches without on call responsibilities which fosters work-life balance.
