As Sr Director, Talent and Culture Development you are a trusted advisor working closely with the HR Leadership team, company leaders/stakeholders, and the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Council to formulate and drive the vision, strategy, and programs for Navient’s talent and organizational development function, from idea creation through measurement, to ensure a high performing company. You are a thought leader and architect of human capital strategies that support business goals by strengthening Navient’s ability to attract, develop and retain top talent, enhancing employee engagement and inclusiveness that considers the complexities of the future of work. Successful candidate will have 12+ years of progressive and innovative talent development, talent management and/or organization effectiveness experience and have established themselves as a person of integrity and trust who believes and models ID&E and can present the unvarnished truth in a direct and constructive manner. You are a skilled communicator, astute business professional, and equally adept at taking the lead or collaborating with others in pursuit of a common goal. The Sr. Director, Talent and Culture Development is an officer level role, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, within Navient and requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree and/or PHR/SPHR Certification preferred). |
