Davidson College and the Office of Admission and Financial Aid invite application for the position of Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Scholarship Programs. This senior staff position will serve to manage, implement, steward and strategically direct the premier scholarship programs of Davidson College, while also serving as a valued and critical member of the admission and financial aid staff. This position requires working in close collaboration with on- and off-campus constituencies to achieve the enrollment goals of the college. Experience working with student populations and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is required.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of experience in a college admission or financial aid, in addition to highly relevant experience in student advising and goal-setting. Strategic collaborative experiences, both within and outside of the organization, are required. Preference for a Master’s degree.
