Lead the PB/TPC Strategy and Customer Management streams to
Formulate and execute business strategies for PB Greater China
Develop & implement value proposition through working with both Regional & local Product & Marketing teams.
Formulate & execute acquisition initiatives, campaigns & x-selling activities to grow PB/TPC client base through both physical & digital channels
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnership internally & externally to drive customer growth and engagement, through joint event, promotion, direct marketing activities
Explore opportunities to scale up strategic partnerships into meaningful ecosystem development leveraging on bank-wide synergies and represent the business in the Ecosystem Council
Facilitate internal customer migration & referral through data analytics & marketing activities.
Organize acquisition & engagement events, plan & execute customer privilege programs
Achieve net client growth targets for Greater China region - managing through client acquisition and retention
Drive cross-referral efforts and ensure right client target segmentation across the Wealth Continuum
Evaluate industry landscapes and connect with internal / external networks to source new partnership ideas and identify relevant opportunities across key markets
Manage key business initiatives/campaigns within assigned marketing budget and ensure proper tracking is in place
Manage the team to create a joyful working environment and opportunities to develop
Over 12 years of experience in banking, financial services / management consulting or related industries, preferably in Strategic planning and Business development roles
Knowledge of Wealth Management landscape and latest market trends to quickly identify potential ecosystem partnership will be a strong plus.
Demonstrated success in strategy and business development, track record of delivering impactful business programs;
Experience in engaging internal stakeholders/partners; working across regions and functions to drive partnership development, program success and KPIs
Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action
Over 5 years of experience in leading a team
Strong leadership and people management skills, with ability and confidence to lead and execute projects/ initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills; able to interact effectively with both internal and external partners.
Solid analytical skills with ability to articulate and implement.
Good command of both written and spoken presentation skills.
Experience with the range of business development activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product or service requirements. engaging functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management.
