DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL AND COLLEGE COUNSELING

Bishop England High School seeks an experienced, highly creative school counseling professional to provide outstanding leadership and successful innovation in the college admission process.  The desired candidate will have demonstrated commitment to education and coordinate a program that will effectively counsel students and their families. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the college admissions process. In addition, the ideal candidate will have established long-term, personal associations with a variety of admissions personnel at various colleges and universities throughout the country.  

The Director of Counseling oversees all aspects of the counseling office and works closely with the team of counselors.  The Director will know the college selection process and meet with families to assist them with the process.  Counseling duties as required: academic, personal/social, career advisement, teacher advisement.   

This is a year-round, full-time position. 

Experience in Catholic education and a master's degree in Counseling is preferred.
