We're working with a highly capitalised infrastructure and energy investor. It has a unique and innovative strategy with significant capital to deploy over the short to medium term. This roles main focus will be to originate and lead transactions in the energy & infrastructure team, and deliver best in class investment management services to their funds. The geographic focus is both UK and Nordics. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
Leading execution phases of transactions
Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
Managing junior members on transactions
YOUR PROFILE:
Significant experience of executing transactions in the energy industry
UK and Nordic transaction experience
Strong financial and analytic background - you must have excellent modelling skills
Project finance experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
