Your team
You will be working as part of the Process Transformation Practice within Group Internal Consulting, a dynamic, driven and diverse team of professionals. Our experienced teams combine industry-leading transformational capabilities with in-depth UBS knowledge. Together with our business partners we take responsibility for leading and executing impactful change across all business and divisions within the bank by implementing end-to-end operational excellence, business and process transformation.

Your expertise
You have:
  • Education with academic degree
  • Min. 8 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
    − Management consulting in a leading Management Consulting firm or In-house Consulting organization
    − Driving and implementing large transformation within the Banking industry
    − Deep knowledge in process lean management and/or Six Sigma, target operating model design, organizational design or change management
  • Any additional experience in the following areas are a plus:
    − Process automation technologies and relevant delivery methodologies such as Design-Thinking or Agile
    − Banking products, Front Office, Risk Management, Regulatory & Legal, Banking Operations, IT
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills

    You are:
  • A coach and mentor for junior employees
  • A trusted advisor for Senior Management
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with a proven track-record of building and maintaining long lasting relationships on all levels
  • Comfortable to maneuver and network within a challenging, large scale organization
  • Flexible and resilient
  • Highly driven and motivated with a can -do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
