Some of the additional responsibilities include:
Work closely with stakeholders, analyzing complex business requirements; design and document technical specifications; develop new and/or maintain complex code focused on solving business problems.
Collaborate with other development and business analyst leads to ensure desired outcomes on key business or technology and regulatory related initiatives.
Provide expert consultation and support in the development of Wells Fargo Advisor systems.
Develop solutions that can leverage existing development/tools, as well as create solutions that act as building blocks for future development.
Lead projects, act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.
Verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing, and debugging of programs. Participate in overall systems testing.
Lead the migration of applications and databases through lower environments and into production.
Perform application and Database support and troubleshooting, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
Ensure compliance with all SDLC policies and procedures, including effective planning of all changes in advance to ensure all required lead times, SDLC checkpoints, etc. are met.
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of application development experience with ASP.NET(C#)
5+ years of experience writing Microsoft SQL Server relational database queries, stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both
3+ years of Agile experience
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
5+ years of experience leading multiple projects
Brokerage or wealth management experience
3+ years of financial services industry experience
3+ years of data analysis experience
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
Outstanding problem solving skills
Good analytical skills including analyzing complex data
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience in designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS
Good understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology
TFS, Unix, 12 Factor principles, Understanding of Platform as a Service, Kafka/ RabbitMQ, Postman & JSON
Functional application experience with Advice and Research Capabilities, Embedded IT applications
Experience with JIRA agile work tracking tool, SharePoint tools

Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
