DESCRIPTION

Involved in the development of web and mobile applications and services. Includes researching, designing, developing specifications, writing, modifying, testing, debugging, troubleshooting and maintaining source code. Also having direct or related involvement in designing related databases, user interfaces, and integration to other systems/applications.

Experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems / issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.

Applies skills as a seasoned, experienced software professional with a full understanding ofindustry practices, community standards and relevant policies and procedures to medium-sized projects or portions of large projects with moderate scope and complexity. Resolves a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting tools, methods and techniques to obtain results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training working as web or software developer; OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training working as a web or software developer.

• Professional experience, and proven success, providing applications programming support and management in a large-scale organization.

• Experience planning, designing, developing, modifying, debugging, deploying and evaluating complex software for functional areas.

• Experience analyzing existing software or works to formulate logic for new complex systems and devise complex algorithms.

• Experience performing complex data analysis and test/debug complex software.

• Proven experience analyzing design and use of complex data sources.

• Understanding of moderately complex programming security practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Sitecore or other .net Content Management Systems such as Kentico or DNN Evoq.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other Cloud vendors.
