Your day.

As an EPIC Community Connect Program Manager you need to know how to:

• Involvement in overall planning and management of the Epic Community Connect program
• Ensure IT and customer directors are involved and kept informed on all portfolio and program activities Manage program budget, schedule and scope requirements, and standard project and change management practices
• Monitor major risks across the program and coordinate timely and effective resolution to critical/escalated issues
• Provide executive/stakeholder communication on major projects, program status, project resources and risk / issue mitigation.
• Coordinate with account owners and project managers (PMs) on key messaging
• Consult with business owners as a trusted advisor to assist with program roadmap aligned with organizational strategies and plan for multi-phase project delivery
• Manage continuous improvement for program methodology and tools
• Responsible for organizing, staffing, budgeting, directing, planning and monitoring the program
• Partner with the program sponsors and steering committee members

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent years’ experience, required
• Master’s in Business, Project Management, Healthcare or related fields, preferred
• PMP Certification, Scrum/Lean certifications, preferred
• Five (5) years of experience as a Project or Program Manager, required
• Five (5) years’ experience managing complex programs, preferred
