Regulatory Change Transformation Advisor

Our client would like to hire an experienced analyst to advise the wealth management business on regulatory developments that impact their change transformation agendas.

You will be supporting the wealth mangement business in transitioning the service delivery model to a system based on agile principles in order to maximise the experience for the clients and to help the firm adapt to the changing environment while creating efficiencies and enabling the fast development of new services.

You will be responsible for system/regulation/policy/process as well as translate business needs through models and presentations.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Change transformation
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teams on Regulatory & Risk Topics
• Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of Regulatory / Risk / Business related topics.
• Knowledge of agile methods and tools
• Flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner
