Location: Blackwood Campus Department: Enrollment and Student Services Days and Hours: AY: 9-5:00 Mon-Fri; SMR: 8-5:00 Mon-Thurs Job Description: POSITION GOALS 1.Provide vision, leadership and effective administration of the enrollment management department that aligns with Camden County College's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. 2.Analyze the competitive landscape of higher education by identifying and recruiting new student markets, developing innovative recruitment strategies, setting enrollment objectives, and optimizing the use of technology. 3.Provide effective leadership by supervising, leading, and inspiring a team that collaboratively work together to support all aspects of enrollment management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Provide direct oversight and assessment of programs, personnel, and budget of services provided by Recruitment, Admissions, Records and Registration, and Testing departments. 2.Collaborate with Academic Affairs deans to ensure coordinated delivery of enrollment services and to develop policies and procedures consistent with the College's mission and goals. 3.Responsible for the continued design and implementation of Guided Pathways to Success. 4.Assist with the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan positioning the College to achieve established enrollment goals. 5.Develop, manage, and communicate an annual schedule of events (including a communications plan, publications, marketing, recruitment/outreach, and operation schedule) for all enrollment departments. 6.Develop and implement data driven enrollment forecasting models, 7.Work closely with the Office of Communications & Marketing to develop innovative and effective communication and marketing strategies. 8.Collaborate with the Institutional Research Department to implement a data reporting and analysis structure that can be used to monitor and evaluate recruitment, testing, and enrollment initiatives and strategies. Prepare and communicate reports as needed or requested. 9.Build strong partnerships across college divisions and with community stakeholders to structure and execute enrollment, recruitment and retention efforts as well as enhance and create new enrollment pipelines. 10.Ensure best practices for data integrity and compliance in all departments. 11.Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations. 12.Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources. 13.Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1.Master's degree required; doctorate preferred. 2.Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within a successful enrollment management setting with a career record of progressively greater responsibility required. 3.Minimum of 5 years of experience with staff development, supervision, evaluation, implementation, and administration of policies in an enrollment services division. 4.Experience with managing and supporting a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan including oversight of related committees. 5.Experience in providing leadership for continuous process improvement in all enrollment services functions. 6.Compliance experience with accreditation, state and federal regulations and college policies. 7.Experience with research, analysis, and producing reports to improve and enhance enrollment processes. 8.Experience with managing budgets in assigned areas, in collaboration with managers. 9.Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a range of populations. 10.Successful record of working collaboratively with colleagues across constituency groups (faculty and staff). 11.Must be detail oriented, have excellent customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. 12.Must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
