Our client is a newly formed listed sustainable infrastructure investor, who is looking for an Associate to join its growing team in London. The Firm's activities are entirely focused on direct sustainable energy infrastructure and private equity investments across the OECD. Candidates will be expected to develop their careers at an accelerated pace and will benefit from bearing significant responsibility and exposure to deal-making from the very start. RESPONSIBILITIES:
A key focus of this role will be building and maintaining financial models
Full deal process, from origination through to execution
Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
Experience of working within infrastructure M&A and/or Project Finance is essential
