Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Project & Program Manager Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, is seeking applications for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Project & Program Manager to be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating diversity, equity, and inclusion projects and programming efforts throughout the Utica College community. The Project & Program Manager ensures that DE&I programs are conceived and executed with appropriate attention to details for successful planning and execution. The incumbent collaborates with internal departments, student clubs and organizations, and external entities to rollout programs and initiatives that support successful achievement of the DE&I Operational Plan in concert with the Utica Colleges Strategic Goals. The DE&I Project & Program Manager reports directly to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion/Student Transitions/Chief Diversity Officer and works collaboratively with the Executive Director for DE&I/Coordinator for Community Relations, Executive Director for The Center for Career and Professional Development, as well as the Communications and Engagement Coordinator.
