Job SummaryAs a Manager, Compensation & Reporting in the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects for Board reporting on HOOPP's compensation programs. You will act as a liaison between the compensation team in HR, and divisional representatives to gather, collect and prepare information for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings. Your solid understanding and experience in compensation, financial reporting, and investment analysis will help you enhance and lead current processes to meet internal and Board related requests.
