Family Counselor

We are currently looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable Family
Counselor to add to our staff. This qualified individual will be responsible for the direct provision of substance abuse services to include the planning, overseeing, facilitating, and documentation of patient recoveries in an adolescent treatment center.

Responsibilities

• Ability to conduct individual and group family sessions
• Facilitates DCS Child and Family Team Meetings
• Performs appropriate and timely documentation and assessments

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

*MRC provides long-term residential treatment. Our patients are permitted limited access to outside activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. MRC is dedicated to maintaining the well-being and safety of our staff and patients, which is why we remain in compliance with CDC guidelines and follow protocol set by the Shelby County Health Department.
