Greenwich Country Day School is an independent, co-educational day school with current enrollment of 1300 students in grades N-12, and a faculty and staff of 340. The original Old Church Road campus is home to grades N-8. Phase II construction of the new High School campus (9-12,) located less than two miles away on Stanwich Road, is well underway and scheduled for August 2021 completion. Greenwich Country Day School seeks a Middle School Humanities Intern, to start August 2021.The Humanities Intern will co-teach one section of 8th Grade U.S. History and a section of Middle School English and staff the Middle School Writing Lab, providing support to students with written assignments across disciplines. The Intern will engage in meaningful collaboration with Humanities colleagues and Middle School faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching of the Humanities and for working with Middle School aged students.
