We are seeking a Marketing Content Publishing Manager who will lead and coordinate the firm's digital content publishing efforts. You will be hands-on, providing daily digital support for core programs, content publishing, and project site management. This role requires a standout colleague who will support the overall campaign marketing roadmap, operation, and prioritization in partnership with the Americas business and collaborate with global marketing teams.

Partner with multiple internal and external teams to create, update and maintain web content in the content management system (Sitecore), supervise the quality of the content on the live site, and troubleshoot, as needed
Provide daily support for core marketing campaigns, content publishing, and site management
Manage a robust funnel of new intake requests and prioritization
Manage marketing project timelines, coordinate assets across teams and systems, and maintains project plans with stakeholders
Oversee execution of promotions, remarketing, and on-site personalization tactics
Partner in our web design process, interacting with internal partners and working with our team UX/UI designers and web publishers
Use website and campaign analytics to identify trends, assess data and enhance content performance and traffic
Coordinate cross-team testing and QA to ensure published content is accurate
Maintain web publishing processes and training documentation
Contribute to the establishment of Sitecore development and management best practices, and support team adoption
Work independently and strategically toward the project and team goals and deliverables, requiring minor direction and guidance
While this role is an individual contributor, the ideal candidate will have prior people management experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of professional marketing campaign strategy, management, and execution across multiple channels (e.g., web, mobile, social, paid search, display, etc.) or other relevant professional experience, preferably within the financial services or professional services industries or in a B2B environment
Familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem and vocabulary
Hands-on experience with content management systems, including publishing content and workflow. Sitecore experience a plus
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Ability to quickly learn new technology and software at a functional level
Understanding of agile/scrum or other project management methodologies
Interest or experience in Financial Services, Web Content Development, Advertising, and Digital Marketing
