Job Purpose
As a part of GE's Bancassurance Team, there is a responsibility to develop and strengthen the sales performance of frontline sales team. The ultimate objective is to achieve Top and Bottom Line Budget numbers and maintain market leadership.
The Job
  • Key deliverables to achieve FY TWNS and NBEV Budget
  • Conduct product and process training for new on-board advisors
  • Monitor individual cluster Bancassurance products sales and trends
  • Able to do data analysis for entire network, clusters and teams
  • Formulate marketing strategies and action plans to increase penetration and sales
  • Responsible for insurance and market updates
  • Drive Bancassurance tactical challenges and campaigns
  • Strong engagement strategic distribution partners
  • Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Liaise and work closely with including but not limited to New Business Underwriting Department and Customer Service for case management
  • Assisting in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of Department or Head of Section
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to e.g. Bancassurance Appreciation Dinner
  • Partake in joint committee projects for OCBC Achievers Convention
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
