We are working with a specialist SME corporate finance advisor and lender, currently looking for Senior Associates and VPs, with significant leveraged finance experience to join their lean team in Frankfurt. You will work across a range of products including acquisition finance, MBO and MBI financing, real estate financing and venture debt.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute on every stage of the deal cycle - from origination to analysis and execution through to closing
  • Take an active hand in sourcing new credit deals in the mid-market debt space across the DACH region
  • Work closely with the team to develop investment memorandums and support the entire internal approval process, as well as active ongoing reporting
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Strong academic background
  • Relevant transaction experience gained at another debt fund or within the leverage finance team
  • Genuine interest in and initial knowledge of debt instruments and the respective market in the DACH region is important
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills are required for this position
