We are looking to add a Business Development Analyst to help augment our growing team. The focus will be on learning and using the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems and assisting the firm’s marketing and business development efforts to increase deal origination. The goal is to source new engagement opportunities. You will be become fluent with, and keep data current within, our CRM system and work with our outside marketing firm to execute and manage campaigns and drive leads. The candidate would have a background in finance or accounting with the opportunity after two years to transition to the professional banking staff.

Work closely with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents on marketing and business development initiatives
Become fluent in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and own, organize, and update all contact information, relationship details, and communication history in and out of the CRM system with information learned from campaigns, calls, meetings, etc.
Help manage a marketing calendar and action sheet
Work closely with Falcon’s outside marketing firm
When necessary, make outbound phone calls to CEOs and subsequent conversations to establish rapport, advance the relationship and convert into a FCP client
Outstanding ability to develop thoughtful, creative, and compelling presentation materials
The ideal candidate should be located within our geographic marketplace, or willing to relocate.
