Person Specification

• Day to Day - You currently live in the UK and can work out of an office in London when required.
• Qualifiable Track Record leading and completing corporate finance transactions
• Hit the Ground Running
• Collaboration and Relationship Management
• Gravitas
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and looking to get rewarded for leading and completing
• You will be working with a diverse client base and on multiple projects at any time
• You will be appreciated for our attention to detail and ability to complete transactions
• Happy to roll your sleeves up
• Strong financial modelling skills preferable, accounting qualifications preferable
• We are also looking for a financial modeller and analyst, in this only apply for the analyst role if you live in the UK, you are a qualified accountant and trained or have a successful track record with a major advisory or investment business, creating financial models.
