Experience: The General Counsel will serve as a true legal advisor. Excellent credentials with ideally 12-15+ years of broad legal experience, gained both in-house and at a leading firm, including having worked extensively in real estate with a focus on acquisitions, development, and leasing, bank finance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. In this newly created position, the GC will advise on business, governance, compliance, tax, regulatory, risk management and insurance matters. This attorney will have both the substantive experience and gravitas to interact with the C-suite and business teams, while building for the future in a successful and growing organization. Proven leadership skills required. Preference for candidate with stable work history.
