This multifaceted role will incorporate delivering advice to a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, helping with the leadership and development of a skilled and multidiscipline team as well as planning and implementing strategies to grow the business revenue.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Act as a trusted advisor to UHNW/HNW clients providing bespoke wealth management services
Expectation to maintain their own relationships and develop new relations
Offer a personal service to prospects looking to invest
Increase the company's assets under management by converting prospect leads to become clients of the business. You will be targeting UK Resident Non-Domiciled HNW and UHNW individuals
High volume of new business development using various consultative selling techniques; cold calling, warm calling and face to face meetings
Regular travel to meet with all new prospect clients, working towards monthly and yearly targets related to new client acquisition
Help lead and develop junior members of the team
Key Qualifications / Experience
Seasoned bankers that have obtained books themselves and have many years experience in Wealth Management
Credible experience in a similar role with a prior track record of client development and acquisition in the UK
Strong preference for discretionary business
Must be level 6 RDR qualified
Current AUM over £200 million
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Director or Executive Director
