The Role Responsibilities Strategy - To drive cash revenues and product/market penetration across the assigned portfolio of cash covered clients in the Non-Bank Financial Institutions segment as the global transaction banking cash manager, covering the client contacts at the head office as well as regional and local buying centers in coordination with the coverage team and network counterparts
- Drive overall Transaction Banking liability growth with a focus on increasing operating liabilities for cash covered clients.
- Coordinate with the global relationship and coverage team to grow the relationship, including participation in account planning sessions with related cash commitments to strategy and revenue forecasts
Business - Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and regulatory environment in which the Group operates
- Meet individual revenue, pipeline, and overall scorecard metrics ; contribute to the sales team achieving its quantitative and qualitative performance objectives
- Participate in regular client calling; interact externally and build relationships with clients to drive Cash business
- Identify opportunities to grow Cash revenue and build a deal pipeline; manage pipeline for US-originated deals and all deals for US Cash clients
- Help develop pitchbooks and marketing materials in coordination with Relationship teams to clearly communicate product details and information to clients
- Develop bespoke product solutions to meet client needs, often working with local and global product teams for structuring
- Respond to client requests, including formal and informal requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) by developing proposals and pitches
- Oversee execution of won deals, including close collaboration with product, implementation, and service
- Maintain core Cash Management and Liquidity Management product knowledge; attend all relevant Product and Sales trainings and keep up-to-date on e-learnings
- International mindset - promote the bank's brand and exemplify the bank's values in external and internal interactions
Processes - Adhere to the global processes around conduct and sales disciplines including pipeline management, Client Relationship Management activities including call reports and deal management.
- Advocate for Americas clients as it relates to product feedback (including complaint management).
- Execute activities in line with TB sales pipeline policy
- Represent the bank at external industry events while keeping on top of industry trends
People and Talent - Ability to build professional network across the bank to foster collaboration among teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals for the bank and the clients.
Risk Management - Adhere to good sales practices in relation to relevant policies and behaviors under the Group's Risk Management Framework including relevant Operational Risk Framework ownership for Sales discipline risk.
Governance - Execute activities in line with TB Sales policies and procedures
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
- Document deal approvals, pricing, and client communications in bank information systems.

Our Ideal Candidate Experience - Broad banking experience with deep knowledge of Transaction Banking products , particularly around cash and liquidity management products and execution, treasury management systems, connectivity, and service.
- At least 10 years of Cash Management sales experience to US corporate clients. Sector expertise and client contacts relevant to Non-Bank FI sector (investors, intermediaries, hedge funds, broker dealers).
- Proven ability to independently identify, drive and deliver sales opportunities. Become trusted advisor for clients when they are looking for consultative/strategic Transaction Banking ideas/market knowledge
- Strong executive impact and track record of new sales mandates both for existing and new to bank clients. Analytical mindset, innovative problem-solving approach, and strong achievement orientation.
