![]() Administrative Officer 2 Department Description Clinical Affairs is a division of UC Davis Health which works to advance patient quality and safety, performance improvement, clinician wellness, supports the Medical Staff, oversees clinical informatics, care transition management, and directs licensure and accreditation activities. Clinical Affairs Division includes: Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Associate Chief Medical Officer, Chief Quality Officer, Chief Medical Information Officer, Chief Wellness Officer, and six (6) multi-disciplinary departments; Clinical Affairs, Medical and Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Safety, Clinical Informatics, Office of Clinician Wellness and Care Transition Management. THIS IS NOT AN H1- B OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities The incumbent will report to the Director of Business Operations who is responsible for managing the administrative services and general/financial operations of the Clinical Affairs Division. The incumbent will be assigned to the Associate Chief Medical Officer and the Physician Advisors Program, the Medical Director of Managed Care and the Chief Wellness Officer. The incumbent is to provide analytical and administrative support directly to the Associate Chief Medical Officer and the Physician Advisors Program, the Medical Director of Managed Care and the Chief Wellness Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of efficient and effective systems for scheduling, managing information, projects and communication to ensure accurate and timely action. Provides leadership and direction to ensure comprehensive coordination, allocation and management of each executive's time commitments, the Physician Advisors program scheduling and analytics. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities needed for strategic time and resource allocation. Ensures schedule and time management operations run smoothly while independently demonstrating skill and judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
