Assignments and Benefits:
Teaching four classes. Each class meets four times a workweek--Monday and Saturday-- in a rotating block schedule. Class blocks vary in length between 45-60 minutes.
Two seasons of involvement in afternoon co-curricular athletics or activities.
Residential dormitory duty that consists of one evening a week and a weekend duty shift once a month.
Serving as an advisor to a group of students.
Faculty and other professional meetings that consist of 1-3 hours a week in an intermittent schedule.

Core qualifications include a demonstrated commitment to building productive and meaningful professional relationships with students. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and be able to demonstrate a growth mindset and an interest in joining a residential community that serves a diverse student body.
