Fund Operations Manager - Multinational Hedge Fund

Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform full fund operational support including assistance in trade execution, settlement and reporting, elevating prime broker issues, and executing broker setup

- Assist with the onboarding of new sub-advisors, ISDA counterparties and prime brokers to Prelude funds

- Liaise with counterparties to reconcile trade flow activity between the firm's fund administrator, internal Geneva system and prime brokers

- Work with investment team to review the product scope and potential operation set up 

Qualifications 

- 5-10 years of relevant hedge fund or alternative investment experience within prime brokerage, equities trading or asset management focusing on operations 

- Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

- Proficient in Excel, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, excellent work ethic and strong interpersonal skills required, English and Mandarin written and verbal fluency 

- Experience with systems such as Bloomberg AIM is preferred, but not required
