Our client is a leading lower mid-market energy investor who is looking for an Associate to join its renewable energy focused team. They focus on investing in energy projects that are crucial for the transition to a low carbon economy, but also generate a strong, sustainable return for investors. The geographic focus is the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES:
A key focus of this role will be building and maintaining financial models
Full deal process, from origination through to execution
Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
Experience of working within renewable energy M&A is essential
