As a Business Performance Analysis Senior Supervisor, you will support analytics for Banner's Logistics team and Banner Health Transfer Services, by building tools to help maximize efficiencies and support operational change. You will utilize various applications such as Tableau, Central Logic and Cerner Discern to build these tools. You will also be working with large, complex data sets and will lead a team of 2-3 Operations Support Program Managers. This role does have opportunities to work from home. POSITION SUMMARY Must possess significant knowledge of cross functional departments in order to serve as a liaison and provide relevant guidance or leadership. Must process strong project management skills and ability to work independently, manage large, multiple projects, complex reports, while organizing priorities. Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills are required. Strong technical skills (SQL/Ansi SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau etc.). Experience with SAS or SSRS.
