Associate - Top tier boutique - Infrastructure M&A team

Our client is one of the leading advisors for Strategic advisory and Corporate finance work, advising on some of the biggest transactions in the infrastructure space over the last few years they are building out the bench for the work that they currently on. They are now looking for an Associate to join their Infrastructure team due to high deal flow and a very strong pipeline.

Opportunity:

• Massive deal flow in the infrastructure sector.
• Work on some of the most interesting and complex deals.
• Gain exposure to other products including restructuring and debt advisory.
• Strong Analyst and VP pool to support you.

Ideal Candidate:

• Associate 1 or 2 level from top tier investment bank with strong experience in infrastructure sector.
• Solid banking background in M&A and strong modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills as you will be working with C-Suite within FTSE companies
