  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
  • Knowledge of advanced IT project management principles (e.g. Agile) and software
  • Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Demonstrated team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Attitude that supports an Agile working environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing learning management systems, video applications, student assessment and engagement tools, course design & development, and supporting staff
  • Applied knowledge of instructional technology design in a higher-ed settingPrevious experience managing a team of technology experts in a service-delivery setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and 3rd party system integration, administration, and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience motivating staff and faculty in teaching and learning technology adoption
  • Effective communication skills in meeting, formal presentations, and written documents is crucialProven ability to lead projects and resource them successfully, for project success
  • Advanced degree or coursework in technology or education desired but not essential.
  • Working effectively within a culture inclusive of individuals with diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities, and motivations, and appreciate and leverage the capabilities, insights, and ideas of all individuals.
