Temporary Enrollment Services Assistant

Position Summary:

The enrollment services assistant supports the Enrollment Operations unit within the Office of Admission at Rice University, a highly-selective research institution in the heart of Houston, Texas. The enrollment services agent serves as the initial point of contact for the public on matters relating to the university's admission and financial aid processes. At any given time, this employee may respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective students, parents, school counselors, community-based organizations, and other constituencies on Rice's application requirements, admission processes as well as financial aid and scholarship information.
