Director of Internal Communications

Working with senior leaders and department leaders, the Director of Internal Communications is responsible for the integration and execution of strategic internal communications across the Institute. The Director will manage an internal comms team to effectively lead efforts to communicate with staff, as well as patients and families, through the development of overall internal messaging, strategic planning, and coordination and integration of different groups internal communications needs. The director will be responsible for all internal communications channels, including digital signage, staff newspaper, staff broadcast email and the Dana-Farber intranet. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute brings together world renowned clinicians, innovative researchers and dedicated professionals, allies in the common mission of conquering cancer, HIV/AIDS and related diseases.
