Position Description Heathwood Hall Episcopal School is seeking an organized, diligent, affable, and skilled professional to join our college counseling office. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position that requires daily interaction with other office personnel and regular contact with students, parents, faculty, and administrators. It also involves contact with personnel from other schools and academic institutions.
The Assistant/Associate Director of College Counseling will report to the Director of College Counseling and Upper School Head and will be responsible for administering all aspects of the college search and admissions process, including the following:
In addition, the college counselor may be asked to assist with loading information on our web-based college counselling software (Cialfo), meeting with college reps, preparing transcripts, and other such duties.

WORKING CONDITIONS This job is almost exclusively indoors with some evening commitments. The office is housed in the Robinson Center Upper School facilities used by grades 9-12.
