The Product Owner, Enterprise Content Management will act as the key domain and functional expert and partner support lead for the CM8/C3MT platform space. This platform supports multiple lines of business such as Wells Fargo Advisors, Wealth Management, Human Resources and Commercial Loan for technical functions including account opening, wire operations, broker registration, accounts payable, check deposits, and legal order processing. This role is key to maintaining professional business and user relationship, and supports standard activities and escalations during U.S. business hours.
The Product Owner will manage deliverables for the scrum team, facilitate process improvements within the team, as well as cross training of team members and will be responsible for managing customer expectations.
Duties of the position may include:
Articulates product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies or vendor relationships
Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value
Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
Leads backlog prioritization
Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks
Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met
Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents
Enhances and monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
Oversees implementation and post implementation activities and ensures product/ system issues are resolved
