Responsibilities: Organizational Development and Learning is tasked to support the University mission through the development and implementation of policies, programs, and practices that attract, compensate, retain and reward faculty and staff. This position supports the efforts of the Organizational Development and Learning team by providing training and organization development facilitation for faculty and staff, support for program development and delivery. This position will be responsible for providing training for faculty/staff to include, but not limited to:
